Business Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Business Manager to join our dynamic team and work closely with our CEO to drive the growth of our business.

Position Overview: As the Business Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing our business operations, acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and all internal teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operational performance, developing strategies to improve efficiency, and providing actionable insights to drive growth across all aspects of our eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and all the teams.
• Oversee and evaluate business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights to improve product listings and optimize inventory management.
• Collaborate with all teams to ensure seamless and coordinated operations.
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends, market developments, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in eCommerce operations and sales strategy.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and performance tracking software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands and sales channels effectively.
