- Sales Analysis: Dive into sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize this insight to enhance our sales strategies.
- Report Preparation: Prepare regular reports detailing key eCommerce metrics, sales performance, and customer engagement. These reports will inform decision-making.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely restocking, preventing any disruptions in customer service.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media and other platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers online, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field or prove yourself
- Strong interest in eCommerce trends and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
