As an eCommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on various online marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon and eBay. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Marketplace Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our products on Amazon, eBay, and other relevant platforms. Ensure product listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for search.
- Sales Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance product visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales. Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.
- Inventory and Order Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Implement efficient order processing workflows.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Implement strategies to stay ahead in the competitive eCommerce landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and streamlined eCommerce operation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing eCommerce operations, with a focus on Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
